From the moment you book, I take care of every detail, starting with a personalized consultation to plan your dream session.
You’ll have full access to my studio wardrobe, featuring elegant couture gowns for maternity and boudoir sessions, and your look will be perfected by a professional hair and makeup artist who knows exactly how to make you glow on camera.
For newborn photography, I provide a wide selection of handpicked outfits, wraps, and props that ensure your baby is safe, comfortable, and beautifully styled. I also offer an adorable collection of cake smash outfits for first birthday sessions, so your little one can shine during their big milestone.
During your session, I guide you through every pose with care, helping you feel relaxed, empowered, and truly seen. Each image is professionally retouched with a fine art touch, and your finished portraits are available as exquisite heirloom albums, museum-quality wall art, and fine art prints—because your memories deserve to be preserved in the most meaningful way.
This is more than a photoshoot—it’s a seamless, elevated experience designed just for you.
You don’t need to commit to a large package or collection upfront to book your session. Once you’ve had your photoshoot, you’ll view a soft proof gallery—and from there, you can simply choose the images you love most and decide how many you’d like to keep.

FAQ
01. When should I book my maternity or newborn session?
I recommend booking your session as early as possible so you don't miss out. I have a limited number of sessions available each month. Booking early also allows me to accommodate any special requests you might have.
 
02. How do I prepare for my maternity session?
 
Please wash your hair and arrive at the studio with your hair fully dry. Please bring your own skin moisturizer with you to the studio. The stylist might choose to apply it to your skin prior to doing your hair and makeup. Get some good night sleep the night before your session and avoid salty foods 24 hours before, as it might make your feet and hands swell.
 
03. How do I prepare my baby for newborn session?
 
If possible, try to interact with your baby for 1 hour before the session to make her a little tired and be ready to feed her upon arrival to my studio. If you are breastfeeding, please pump some extra milk in a bottle if you can. If you are substituting, please bring all necessary bottles and pre-made formula to be able to feed the baby when needed. Please bring a little extra formula or milk just in case. Full-bellied, "milk drunk' babies are the sleepiest. :)
Please bring a couple of pacifiers. It is very important. I will use a pacifier to soothe the baby during the session.
 
04. What if I don't feel beautiful after giving birth? Should I have my portrait taken?
 
I understand. I have been there. Although you might not feel like yourself, I really encourage you to have your portrait taken with your baby. My makeup and hairstylist will work their magic, and I will photograph you from flattering angles. All newborn portraits are taken portrait style, from the waist up. I will also use post-production techniques that will enhance your natural beauty in your photos.

05. When will we get our photos?
It takes 1-2 weeks for your proof gallery be available to you for ordering and once you decide what images you want to keep, I will go back and hand retouch them and deliver them to you in three weeks from the date of your ordering appointment.
 
06. Can I purchase RAW files?
 
I am sorry; I do not release images that have not gone through post-production. You will receive your purchased fully edited images in both print and social media formats.
 
07. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?
 
It takes 3-4 weeks to produce printed products plus delivery time. I work with some of the best photography labs in the industry, which are located in Europe. It takes time to produce albums as a lot of the elements are fully handmade. Before I hand you your product, I thoroughly inspect it and will only give it to you once I make sure that it is 100 percent perfect.
 
08. Can I purchase digital files only?
 
Session price is the same whether you take printed products or not. Price is based on my talent, skill, and experience as well as the time I spend on each session, including planning, preparation, photographing, final retouching, designing, and ordering your products. I view printed products as an extra bonus you get to keep and display in your home. All printed products are of the highest quality, with collection products being 100 percent archival, and are guaranteed to last you a lifetime. If you are interested in a digital gallery, it is available for purchase as full gallery only and will come with a set of 5x7 prints in a print box with USB.

09. Do you keep client backups? CAN I BUY RAW FILES? WHAT ABOUT IMAGES I DON't PURCHASE?
I do not keep client backups. It is your responsibility to download your images, make copies, and ensure storage of your files. USB is available for purchase as an à la carte product if it is not included in the collection of your choice.
I don't release RAW files.
The images you don't purchase are deleted.
 
10. WHAT IS A STARTER PACKAGE AND CAN I UPGRADE TO A LARGER COLLECTION PACKAGE?
 
Starter Package is the only requirement to have your session. You can upgrade to a collection of your choice or purchase images a la carte when you see your final gallery at your ordering appointment. If you decide to stick with two images you have, no sweat! You will still have stunning two images to look at and admire daily.
 
11. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION / REFUND POLICY?
 
Your session can be rescheduled 48 hours prior to your appointment. In case of cancelation, your deposit/session fee is non-refundable.
 
12. Health Safety
 
All areas and props are thoroughly washed/sanitized after each session. I don't book more than one session per day, and I am happy to wear a mask if requested.
I ask that if you or any of your family/household members have any symptoms of cold or flu, please kindly reschedule your session.

13. Do you offer outdoor sessions?
I do not offer regular outdoor sessions at this time.
 
14. Do you offer promotional pricing?
 
A few times a year, I will offer promotional pricing on select products. I also sometimes do prize draws for different session types and they are announced on my Instagram account. Please follow my Instagram account @vavazoomstudio and stay in the loop about my promotional pricing, specials, mini sessions, model calls and your chance to win a free session!
 
15. Do I have to sign a contract?
 
Yes, in order for us to have a professional client/photographer relationship, a contract must be signed. Your session will not take place without a signed contract.
 
16. Where do I park my car when I arrive at the studio?
 
There is unlimited free street parking available.
